Why have Paramount + threads been closed with no resolution? The service is still not offered as it is represented on the Xfinity site.

If you add Paramount+ and Showtime to your account you will NOT receive Paramount+.   This is very misleading and has been going on for over a year.

Everyone should be credited back for their $12 monthly charge while they have been subscribed for this channel(which represents as an app).

Thank you for reaching out here. The Paramount+with Showtime subscription would have the full Paramount+ with SHOWTIME On Demand library, and the eight live linear channels: SHOWTIME, SHOWTIME 2, SHOWTIME SHOWCASE, SHO x BET, SHOWTIME EXTREME, SHOWTIME FAMILY ZONE, SHOWTIME NEXT, and SHOWTIME WOMEN. The Paramount+ app is a separate product.
