Why does Xfinity say I have Paramount Plus when all I really seem to have is Paramount Network live television?

Xfinity bill and app clearly says I have Paramount Plus included in my package. There's no way to log in and when I chat with customer service they're telling me I don't actually have Paramount Plus I only have the Paramount Network on channel 53. Why does Xfinity say I have Paramount Plus?
