Why dont any of the phone numbers work, or apps when theyre needed?

Tv was not working when I got home. Just showed what was on and 3 dots searching for service. I tried to call multiple times, with different phone numbers, and it would ring once or twice then hang up. Ridiculous because we pay all this money for your service and get no help in return. Apps wouldnt work either. Wifi and internet worked during this. Tv came back on finally but more [Edited: "Language"] that I couldnt get anyone on the phone. Looking to go for just streaming services now
