Why doesn't Xfinity care about customer service?
I wasted 15 minutes trying to call in and ask a simple question. Your online automated tool [Edited: "Language"]. Actually, just [Edited: "Language"] would be a major improvement. [Edited: "inflammatory"]
Your automated system wouldn't let me talk to a human until I reset my modem because your system determined my modem wasn't working. It doesn't matter that I was online streaming TV on a laptop at the time. [Edited: "inflammatory"]
I made the mistake of calling back and things got even worse. But I eventually found a question that would get me to a human and then the system (around minute 15) told me I would need to call back during normal business hours. Not sure which is worse: (1) that that answer could have been given to me 15 minutes earlier and saved some frustration, or (2) how [Edited: "Language"] absurd it is that a 24/7/365 cable, internet and phone service company only has human customer service available M-F 9-5, or (3) that that information was incorrect.
