Why do new customers pay less than someone who has been loyal for so long with this company

How is that fair as I have been a loyal customer who sees a new customer pays less for 1200mb/s which is 200mb more than I get. Dont you want to reward your loyal customers who have always paid their bill on time with no problems

@user_rqgdu5 I can definitley understand your concerns around pricing! We want to ensure all of our customers can always get a great deal, and work hard to ensure we have the best promotions available. Often times, new accounts will see different offers as new customer deals are meant to allow users to try our services at a lower rate to see how they enjoy it. If they find they enjoy their services and wish to continue services after their promotion expires, they would be subject to the same pricing other customers see. This is a standard practice in the industry across several other companies.

Continued loyalty and support does mean the world to us, as without it, we wouldn't be able to function! This is why we have introduced our Xfinity Rewards program that helps provide a number of different offers like free movies, discounts on tickets, trips, sweepstakes, and so much more that increase the longer you are with us. While it is not something that impacts your monthly statement, it is our way of giving back and saying thank you for your continued support!
