why do I have INTERMITTENT INTERNET SERVICE
I have xfinity/comcast to the tune of $220 per month. I had to buy a BRAND NEW PC and the Geek squad came to my house to install. The GEEK SQUAD confirmed what I have been trying to tell Xfinity that I have INTERMITTENT service. I will be on Facebook or any spot and I get a prompt that says, YOU ARE NO LONGER CONNECTED ON INTERNET, PLEASE RESTORE...and I am to click and to get back on. I am NOT ABLE TO SPEAK to COPILOT and NOTHING IS DONE BY Xfinity/comcast. WOW, that is a lot of money to ONLY get INTERMITTENT SERVICE. So I have a BRAND NEW PC and only get INTERMITTENT SERVICE....beeecause I only have INTERMITENT SERVICE...= lousy service. And my Monitor screen GOES TOTALLY BLACK at that time.
