Why did my bill go up
When I signed up I was told that I was on a promotion that would last for 2 years. Why did my bill just go up 30 dollars?
Pretty disingenuous. Gonna look for another provider if you don't make this right basically.

Greetings @user_n7n6cq,
If you're ever curious about the end date of your promotion it is always printed on your bill on page 3 in green writing. The View and pay your bill using the Xfinity app article will show you how to easily view your bill in the Xfinity app. I know how a change in billing can be quite the surprise to your billing, we'd be more than happy to take a closer look at what may have caused the increase. Just send our team a direct message with your full name and service address.
How to Send Us a Direct Message:
1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
3. Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
6. A "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
8. Press Enter to send it.
