Why cant I make a payment arrangement anymore

I always make a payment arrangement to pay my bill why is this no longer and option

Hello @user_okcvtl, are you attempting to set up the payment arrangement via the Xfinity assistant? If so, are you running into a particular error?

No the App, it doesnt give me the option like it used to and I tried to use the assistant as well and it says I dont qualify

Thus is stupid, I've been paying it this way for years, because the due date doesnt work for me, my mortgage is due at the same time, thats why I always push it back a week. Guess I'll check into T-Mobile

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
