Why can’t I get a supervisor? Why can’t I get competent help?

I submitted a complaint. I submitted a request. I’ve done everything for two months possible to get a supervisor to call me back the last time. I just tried to send this form with a whole entire explanation itself deleted so I’m still waiting for somebody in the United States in a position of authority, that can actually do something to help me with my account since your executive customer service can’t and neither can you laughable over overseas customer service I requested a supervisor and they refused. It’s a good thing. I record all my calls so I’m still waiting and I need a supervisor to call me to solve a simple problem that shouldn’t be so complicated.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

I asked for a supervisor I didn’t ask for my post to be forwarded to the corporate office executive customer service team because I already spoke to them and they informed me they are just customer service and the guy I spoke to told me he has to speak to different departments to handle my Internet. That’s one department nothing I inquired about could he help me with and it’s not even complicated it’s one of the easiest and most simplest things that needs to be done but he being in the position he’s in can’t do anything so what good is he? What good is executive customer relations if they can’t do a darn thing to help the customers.. But you moved my post to hear to the corporate office so executive customer relations can call me or message me which I asked for a phone call and I asked for a supervisor I didn’t ask for executive customer relations. I’ve already tried that I have so many hours logged in the last two months, trying to get a hold of one competent employee and request to have a supervisor call me yet. Not one person has not one. The only person that did call me back couldn’t do his job and he works for this very department

I don’t want to direct message with anybody. I want a supervisor to call me. This is the nonsense. I’m talking about. This is absolutely unnecessary ridiculousness that I have to go through this type of service through some kind of forum to get somebody to freaking actually call me. This is the link that’s provided through Xfinity but you can’t identify my account even though my username is up there
Edit (Customer PII) that’s my email. I’m not gonna publish my phone number on here.

this is absolutely ridiculous and it’s right up there with my level of frustration and how absolutely incompetent Xfinity is.

You make us use this type of forum to get somebody to help you and then you tell us that you can’t identify us through this forum And want us to submit our private information for the whole world to see😂😂😂

And you can’t get help when you call the one 800 number

So basically what you’re telling me is this is a joke and you’re gonna keep running me in circles until I get Legal involved and that’s pretty much the option you’re leaving me

By the way, I did direct message with somebody. I sat there for 10 minutes and then I watched somebody start typing and they didn’t actually say anything. They didn’t send a message. Nothing it was total silence sitting there for 10 minutes so no I don’t wanna talk to another AI robot I don’t wanna chat with somebody in a chat room. I wanna talk to a real live human being in a supervisory position, preferably that speaks and understands English located on the United States side of the pond.
