why can i never speak to live agent

what’s crazy is how you have to listen to all these options yk choose from but not

none of them is what you need and you can pick other option ! or TALK TO A LIVE AGENT ! and get hung up on and they stole $323.24 from my bank account and gave me all the confirmation numbers but it’s been 3 months and i still haven’t been able to get ahold of my refund ! it’s so frustrating
