Who is responsible for installing a coaxial cable?
I've purchased Xfinity service for my Condo that I own 3 months ago, and since then, I have had no help getting service set up. I've tried time and time again to get a technician to come out and install the coaxial cable required to set up the modem but they come out, inspect the property, and leave without calling me. My unit has a coaxial cable buried via a OneDrop request, but the unit itself does not have a coaxial cable running into it from the outside, so one would need to be drilled into the wall.
So, who is responsible for drilling the coaxial cable from the exterior wall into the unit so that I may hook up my modem?

Good morning @user_3cgrxo, and thanks for posting your issue to the Xfinity forums, I hope this message finds you well. I am sorry to hear that you are having issues getting the service set up in your condo, but you have come to the right place for assistance with this issue. Normally an in home tech can install a coax outlet as long as it is on an outside facing wall, but it can depend on different factors, but we can take a look at the account and see what is going on. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?
