where's my delivery of my new service?
Hi,
I just ordered a new service last week consisting of internet and tv service. Why is my order taking too long? When can i expect to receive my new equipment (modem and tv box)?
Please help. I need this expedited as soon as possible.

Greetings, @user_pd6j6k! Thanks for signing up for our service! I would be happy to check further on the shipment. Our shipments normally take 2-5 days to arrive unless you specified delayed shipping. You should also see shipping information and the tracking number in an email notification when it leaves our warehouse.
Please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the direct messaging icon located at the top right of this forums page.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
