where to file a complaint on your trespassing?
Today, I saw your burial technician enter my backyard without my permission to work on other house's cable. This is the second time. The guy said Comcast must have contacted me for his visit. I have not received any messages. I saw him trespassing through the side door on the security cam feed. I was appalled. I might have shot him if I had a gun. He called his supervisor Jennifer, who introduced to me as Arsally. The guy and his supervisor did not think what they did is a big deal. It looks like Xfinity casually enter others' backyard without permission. Jennifer was not that apologetic at all and even asked if I was preventing them from installing cables for my neighbor. I would like to tell you that if your technician enter my property again like this, I will call 911 right away because he did not identify himself and did not get my permission. I would like to hear from Comcast to get assurance that this will never happen again.
