WHERE is my GATEWAY

I placed my original order 10/19 and asked the sales woman if I would be able to use my own equipment and she said no...but she would have Tech support call me.  On line it shows my plan changed to the 1G plan for 5 years but for some reason the Gateway was CANCELLED.  I chatted with support on 10/21 and the agent didn't know why it was cancelled but he said he placed a NEW order for the Gateway and said he ordered the XB8.  I checked my account and it shows NONE for equipment and shows I use my own and there is NOTHING about the order.  It has been 24 hours now.

What does all this mean:

Your Xfinity Plan

WHAT are all the NONES in the order?    I need the new Gateway to get the most from my new plan.
