Where is my activate now banner

I do not have a banner saying activate now on xfinity.com or xfinity assistant. I pay for a gig of internet and am entitled to two years of Peacock premium for free. This is obviously an issue. Why isn’t Xfinity addressing it already!!!

I forgot to add on my post that I was on the phone with Xfinity for 2 1/2 hours; transferred 4 times and not one person could help me! I am completely dissatisfied with the customer service/support!

@user_3d865c this is a known issue that’s still being worked on. I'm sorry you can't see the banner in the Xfinity Assistant. Check back periodically for a resolution. We are doing all we can to resolve the issue.
