Where do I report the call from a promotion for Seniors - 50 % off - with target. I just had one.

I have been an xfinity customer for 30 years, am 73.  Was taken a back by Jackson on this 50% off promotion.  Good thing I did a search on my desktop, while on the phone with hime.  Too good to be true.
