Thank you for those details.I would like to look into this more with you by taking a look at the set up of your new address. To get started, please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address.

 

To send a "Direct Message" message:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (looks like a text bubble)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it

@user_8njs3d Hello and thank you for reaching out via our Xfinity Forums. I would be happy to look into this connection issue with you. Are you able to get online when plugged directly into your modem?

No I had already called about this and they said they had to set up the Wi-Fi in my apartment and that it would take a few days but I haven’t heard back from anyone. I just finished moving so I needed to transfer my service
