Where can I talk to a real person?
I need to talk a real person about the way my plan and billing have been mismanaged. I used the chat feature twice and after the AI gave me the run around, I was able to talk to a live agent. Despite assuring me that they put in the request to change my plan so that I would have a 24 month promotion, they failed to change it. Then, I called in and after dealing with the AI for another hour, they were unable to help me and denied that the promotion I asked for existed. I have transcripts from the chat conversation ensuring that I am eligible and signed up for the promotion.
So how can I email a real person and show them these transcripts?

• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
