Where are my $100 Visa rewards?

Last September 2022 we moved 4 mobile phone lines from Verizon to Xfinity, taking advantage of the $100 per line incentive if we brought our own devices.  I finally called in January 2023 to see what happened to the Visa debit cards, as we hadn’t received any, let alone the 4 we were promised.   I was given a “ticket number” and finally one card arrived a month or so later.

  Again I called, in February, in March and in April.  Finally a second card showed up in April.  

Today (May 8) I called  the Xfinity Hotline Rewards 800# (800-526-3268).    After hours on hold, and no live agent, I gave up and called Xfinity customer service.  The agent was trying to be helpful, and left a message for the Rewards center to call me directly.   I have my doubts that they will.  

I’m extremely frustrated and now suspicious that perhaps someone at the “Rewards Center” is helping themselves to “extra” Visa rewards cards .

@Cgnigh I appreciate the effort to get your Visa cards and we are happy to help check on the ones you need. Please direct message your name, address, date of service purchase, and phone numbers to the lines of the ones you need. 

 

Make sure you are signed in to forums

1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon(direct message) near the bell icon.

2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)

4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!
