When will I have my service up and running?
I started my account in early Nov. 2023 I’ve been scheduled to have someone come out to do a drop bury twice a month. They call me to confirm my appointment and that someone needs to be at the property I take time off from work and no one ever comes were in early February 2024 now and no one at the store or on the phone is able to tell me what’s going on with my installation we’ve been pushing back from moving to the house since my wife works from home and we don’t have any internet yet we’re growing more and more frustrated and we have no clue when this nightmare will end is there any way to get real updates or a way to escalate the call to someone who knows what’s going on we’re starting to feel like our business isn’t appreciated

Also no access to a manager at the store or when we call customer service. We were able to have one call us back after making a request to have one call us and it took two weeks and they absolutely did nothing for us she didn’t even know when my service would be available
