When will ABC stations be reinstated?

I sure hope Comcast is working on getting an agreement with Scripps Broadcasting here in Michigan. The loss of the ABC stations means I have to find other ways to view them. Once I do that, I will learn I don't need to rely on Comcast. Additionally, customers should be seeing a reduction in our monthly rate now that you've eliminated channels that were in our package.

Please find a way to reinstate a standard and significant national station, ABC. Come to a compromise and decrease your profit a bit. I am a 40+ year subscriber (that might be a record). I and other subscribers have paid top dollar to get your services with regular and recent cost increases. The least you can do is restore ABC.

I see that it’s mostly minor stations that are affected in other areas which decreases the chance you will fix this as the other programming is not strongly viewed yet ABC and until recently CBS (before takeover) have been part of the original three or four networks from the 1950s. Take leadership, and do what is right for your subscribers if you want to keep them. Let us know asap so we can begin making plans to switch carriers if need be.

You need to figure out how to get scripps back and not raise prices. If not, I will drop Xfinity and find another platform. It is not reasonable to drop a major channel everyone relies on.

It's not Comcast's profit; they don't want to pay any more like you don't want to pay any more.  It's Scripps that is demanding more in carriage fees.

That was my question when the show went off and I contacted them. All they said is they’d give me a one time $20 credit! I was like I need a credit for every month we are without these channels seeing as we pay so much already!

I pay so much for comcast service and this is what I get. Get it done immediately or I am changing to Verizon. And as for getting an antennae im already paying over 300$  and u think ill pay more for your greed forget it .  This whole thing is as childish as 2 three yr olds.  Grow up!!!

I’m  a Diamond customer with Comcast for  (47) years and this is not right.  I also contacted Schipps & they would love to hear from other customers.

Most of the channels that we offer are owned by media companies other than Comcast, which means we need to pay those companies in order to bring their channels to our customers. We negotiate contracts with these media companies to obtain the rights to carry their channels, on-demand content, and streaming apps on our platforms. Comcast has successfully renegotiated thousands of expiring contracts over the years and rarely experienced an interruption of service. I’m a senior also and basically ABC has ALL the shows I watch! I am new to Denver Colorado area, and live alone and have no idea of what other companies to use, Comcast is the absolute worst company ever! So frustrating and beyond annoyed

I called Comast and was told I would get a credit, received my bill($310.71!) a few days later...no credit. I will give them until next month, then might start looking for alternatives. I'm a senior and am not into all the streaming, so a different cable company perhaps. Oh, and the customer service rep I spoke with was going by the script they have to use, "i aplogize Ma'am", plus he said that station would be back "in a few days". It still isn't! Extremely bad business!!!
