When there are outages

Whenever this is a power outage in my area, I lose TV and internet service.  I have a home generator and cannot use my service.  Can Comcast add redundant power to local switching stations?

Additionally, I cannot watch local TV stations on my phone using the Xfinity Stream app because those stations are designated as "IN-HOME only stations" on the app when using cellular data.  Xfinity should make local TV stations available during an outage (especially a storm like yesterday's)... At a minimum, the IN-HOME stations should not be blocked from Xfinity Mobile subscribers - as I am one.

@DennisC15 Thank you for your feedback. When there is a power outage the head plant also does not have power which is why you are not able to get service even when your generator is on.

When it comes to local networks not being able to work over your mobile data and streaming this is not something we can adjust as regulations are preventing this from taking place. Thank you for your understanding.

Sounds like the head plant needs a backup generator like the rest of us have so we can use their service.  That is a silly response!
