When is my service will have work begininng for my installation
I've been waiting since March 12th for service. I know all the excuses however we're going in our 5th week without Internet nor TV there is no action being done only pre-prepared answers from Xfinity employees. If we don't see work beginning by tomorrow we will be going another direction! We'll see what happens by tomorrow afternoon. This has been un-acceptable and we're tired of waiting!!
