When corrected address posted online?

I signed up for California Lifeline.  I expected pink envelope but never arrived.  Finally I applied online then realized my billing address entered wrong.  I corrected the address online, but does not show in my billing address.  It stays old address.  Actually address is correct but apartment number is 102 instead of 132.  California Lifeline told me to contact provider to correct it.

There is no live agent, no phone number.  What should I do?  My bill is supposed to be lower long time ago.

Hey there, @user_op2wgl, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding your account. I can understand how frustrating it is to have delays with your California Lifeline application, especially when you've been expecting a lower bill for some time.

To better assist, can you confirm whether the Lifeline application status shows as approved and whether the corrected apartment number is displayed when you log into your California Lifeline account?

@XfinityJeniece

Thank you for your reply.

I have just finished an official application online with wrong apartment number.  It is still 102.

It said if I have wrong information, change with provider.

I am thinking to switch my mobile phone to Xfinity also, once this process is completed.

Thank you.
