The concern is not "Xfinity App" help related. Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

@user_c421f2 Hello! Thank you for reaching out to us here on our Community Forum. We assume you mean "what plan am I on?", and INSP has been moved to our More Sports and Entertainment Package so if that is something you are looking to add on we can certainly see what impact that would have on your bill. If that is something you are interested in, please send us a Direct Message with your full name and address. Here are instructions on how to send us a DM in case you need them:

Click "Sign In" if necessary
 • Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send your message

We look forward to hearing from you.

You have made a lot of your subscribers upset with this move with INSP and it may eventually end up costing you lost revenue due to cancellations. We wish you would reconsider this programming change and put INSP back with you regular lineups!

It is 22.59 to add or remove a $9.99 add on for INSP.  I have electronic billing so I would not see a note on my bill.  Should sent a message online to my xfinity account.  I had added the BigTenNetwork in early September. 9.99 + 22.59 fees and taxes. Was not watching after one game on new channels. I removed the sports package paid 22.59 again and next day no INSP.  That is when I found out. I said add it back and they were planning to charge another 22.59 to add it back after 1/2 day. I said no and will learn to watch something else as I research other internet carriers and streaming platforms. $67.50 in change fees.  Good luck keeping customers. My customer loyalty dropped a brown trout.

I also decided not to add on INSP after it was taken away. There's some decent stuff on the GRIT channel, if you have it.
