What number do I call to get the cable connected from the pole to the house for new construction.
We demolished our home last fall and disconnected service from the pole. Ready to reconnect now, who do I call to schedule a service tech to come out and reconnect line from pole to house? Xfinity assistant of no help with this.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
