What is the phone number for customer service
You have raised my bill by $27.00 this month with no explanation. Since you don’t seem to want to provide access to an actual person, I will let you know this; if you do not contact me ASAP with a reason for this (I have added no new services), I will be cancelling my account with you and looking for a new service provider. Your “customer service” is horrible!

just talked to a customer service agent. if you want a real live person, as soon as you get connected into the automated service, press 12. according to the agent I talked to that should get you to a live agent immediately
