What is going on with your service?! [Edited]

For the last 10 days, the Internet has went in and out, at least a dozen times a day. Being out anywhere from 5 minutes to multiple hours at a time. When I check the outage maps and/or my account, shows everything is perfectly fine, no issues. Did all the "troubleshooting" the AI customer service bot said to do, over and over again with no actual improvement. It happens time and time again, and again, and again and AGAIN. There is ZERO way to reach a ACTUAL person to speak with to fix this. We pay WAYYYY too much to have these continued issues. The AI bot kept trying to schedule a tech to come out to "attempt to fix" any issues which Xfinity says there is NOT a issue, so no tech needed apparently. SOMETHING is going on. In the last 48 hours, I've logged each time this has happened especially. Within 48 hours, our wifi has went out 31 times for a total time of 5 hours and 47 minutes. I tried to watch a 90 minute movie, started around 9 p.m, should have finished around 10:30 p.m. Didn't get the movie done until close to 1 a.m. that's absolutely utterly ridiculous. Makes it worse when there isn't a way to speak to ANYONE to ACTUALLY fix it. Pay WAYYYY to much for this to have this constant issue.

Hello, @user_avm4sg! Thanks for reaching out to us on the forums! I apologize to hear of the issues you have been having with your services. We certainly understand the importance of having a reliable connection these days! From what you mentioned it sounds like there could just be issues with your Wi-Fi signal and not the service coming into your home. Since you already sent us a DM we will continue to assist you through there.
