what happens to a "valued" customer.

Back in June, i got a new apartment and called xfinity to get service. that unit wasn't ready so the next day i called back and told the agent i need the service set up a different address. instead of doing that, the agent just opened a new account. since both were set for autopay and both had the same bill date, i didn't notice i was paying for both. cut to late December i start getting texts about being charged for unreturned equipment. i call on dec 23 and find out about the old account which charged me for a total of $164.80. on that call i was assured the money would be back on my card in four days. not four business day, as the ticket itself had an estimated end date of dec 27. i still havent received my money. i have been repeatedly assured i would have it in 10-15 minutes, 1-2 hours, 24 hours, 3-5 days 5-10 days, 7-10 days etc.i have been assured of callbacks and emails that never come. i had one agent today tell me two different things. i dont believe anything they say because nothing they have told me has come true. the agents flat out don't care ive been given misinformation and fully assure me that they are telling the truth. nobody at xfinity cares. and even if there was someone that did, it's [Edited: Language] near impossible to get them.
