What do I need to do to receive $200 amazon gift card?

Hello,

I am a new Xfinity customer and I signed up for a plan where I'll receive a $200 amazon/uber eats gift card if I "maintain my offer for 90 days." I'm not exactly sure what that entails to maintain my offer - could someone let me know exactly what I need to do over the next 90 days to receive that gift card?

Usually, you will receive your gift card the following billing cycle after you have completed your first 90 days. Have you completed this timeframe yet?

-Keep your account in good standing

Thanks so much! I am a brand new customer so have not completed the 90 days yet.

So essentially I just have to make sure I keep my account and pay on time for the next 90 days and I'll receive the reward?

One other thing I was a little confused about was whether I also need to add a mobile line to my account to be eligible for the gift card. The mobile line for 1 year was included in my order, but I don't need it. Will I still be eligible for the gift card even if I don't use the mobile line?

@user_vase7m For your first question, once the account has hit the 90-day mark with good payment history then that qualifies you for the promotion, and then it will still take a bit of time to get the card. The time frame is 14-16 weeks from activation. In regard to the second question, It depends on the promotion, but usually if it was required as long as the mobile line is activated everything is fine, but we can take a look to confirm. FWIW, you also can't make changes to your promotion during that 90 days, but given the "requirement" of the mobile phone, I'm not sure how that will affect the promotion.
