What are my options at my apartment which has a bulk contract?
I just moved into my new apartment which has a bulk contract with Xfinity. Can you tell me what upgrade options I have under the bulk contract for TV and internet?
Thanks

Hello @user_99b748! Thanks for reaching out. You'd have to reach out to your landlord as they're the account holder and decides what plans the units get. Usually you can add bolt-ons like premium networks (HBO, Showtime or a Sports package) o your own. With bulk accounts any changes would have to go through your property management/ landlord.

I live in a condo and the homeowners association has a bulk contract with Xfinity that includes the Digital Starter package but I have added an additional package at my own cost that give me more channels. This includes the More Sports and Entertainment Package and channels like Showtime and HBO. I also have a X1 box because it gives access to Peacock and Prime Videos as I have Prime account with Amazon. I also subscribe to ESPN+ directly through ESPN as Xfinity provides the app on the X1 box but the billing is done by ESPN separate from the billing by Comcast.
From my experience it depends on what you would like to add to the package of channels provided through the bulk contract but you do have pay for the additional package you add so it depends on what you want to pay for the additional package. It also depends on what is available in your area so I would check with your local Xfinity office.

You also asked about the internet and I have the Blast Pro which is part of the additional package I have bought.

My homeowners association has negotiated the bulk contract with Comcast and has renewed the contract several times but I added on to the bulk contract without going through the association. Now it may be different in other instances but what I added I did on my own as the billing for the additional packages comes to me and I pay the billing to Comcast.
