Welcome to Xfinity pop-up
I recently set up my modem this morning and the wifi says it is online in my app. When I put in my password and try to connect to my wifi, it immediately sends me to a pop-up window that says "Welcome to Xfinity! Download the app to activate your internet." I've spoken to a few customer service reps, but they haven't been able to help me.

The concern is not "Community Knowledge Base" related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
