Every time I am forced to use the Xfinity website, I get so frustrated I just want to scream. It takes FOREVER for pages to load. For an INTERNET COMPANY with over 32 MILLION CUSTOMERS, you have the absolute worst and slowest website I have every visited. I have never seen a website load slower, even when I had DIAL-UP!

Do you have the same issue loading the site on multiple devices or is it just for example your computer? If this issue is isolated we would suggest trying some troubleshooting like clearing your cookies and cache which helps a lot with similar issues.

It loads the same on all 3 different computers I have and on my phone.

Gotcha, if that is the case the issue might be something else. Just to verify can you try clearing the cookies and cache on any of those devices to see if that helps make a difference. If it does not, we have some more tools we are happy use to try to get to the bottom of this.

None of that does any good. It isnt on my end for sure. EVERY OTHER WEBSITE I GO TO LOADS LIGHTNING FAST!! Stop trying to blame me or my equipment for your shortcomings.

  • Poor Navigation and "Rabbit Holes": Many users, like yourself, report frustration with the site's layout, describing it as a "disaster" with "confusing tree logic" and endless loops when trying to find specific information or complete simple tasks.
  • Extremely Slow Load Times: A frequent criticism is the website's performance; pages often take 10-60 seconds to load, which users find unacceptable for an internet provider.
  • Billing and Payment Issues: Users report difficulties paying bills online, with constant redirects and pages that crash or simply refuse to load, leading some to suspect it is intentionally difficult to incur late fees.
  • Ineffective AI Assistant/Chatbots: The automated support tools are widely criticized as "useless" and ineffective, often forcing users into frustrating, multi-hour chat sessions where they are repeatedly transferred between agents who don't seem to have access to previous conversation notes.
  • General Dissatisfaction: Independent review sites aggregate these experiences into very low scores.
