Website

Every time I am forced to use the Xfinity website, I get so frustrated I just want to scream. It takes FOREVER for pages to load. For an INTERNET COMPANY with over 32 MILLION CUSTOMERS, you have the absolute worst and slowest website I have every visited. I have never seen a website load slower, even when I had DIAL-UP!

We are here to help make your online experience better and are happy for the opportunity to work together. Do you have the same issue loading the site on multiple devices or is it just for example your computer? If this issue is isolated we would suggest trying some troubleshooting like clearing your cookies and cache which helps a lot with similar issues.

It loads the same on all 3 different computers I have and on my phone.

Gotcha, if that is the case the issue might be something else. Just to verify can you try clearing the cookies and cache on any of those devices to see if that helps make a difference. If it does not, we have some more tools we are happy use to try to get to the bottom of this.
