Every time I am forced to use the Xfinity website, I get so frustrated I just want to scream. It takes FOREVER for pages to load. For an INTERNET COMPANY with over 32 MILLION CUSTOMERS, you have the absolute worst and slowest website I have every visited. I have never seen a website load slower, even when I had DIAL-UP!

None of that does any good. It isnt on my end for sure. EVERY OTHER WEBSITE I GO TO LOADS LIGHTNING FAST!! Stop trying to blame me or my equipment for your shortcomings.

It's been unusable for YEARS. Many have been complaining about it for YEARS. Sort it out!
I can't even view my account or look at my bills. This is completely unacceptable.
