Website is unreliable

The Xfinity website crashes every time I want to pay my bill. I cannot enroll in autopay, so I must use the website. I cannot pay my bill, however, because the website always has issues.

Hello @user_poj26j and thanks for posting your concern on our Xfinity Community forums. 😀

It sounds as if you've had a frustrating experience trying to make a payment and running into issues with the website.

To help narrow this down, could you share a bit more detail about what you’re experiencing?

- What browser are you using (Chrome, Safari, Edge, etc.)?  What version?
- Are you seeing a specific error message or does the page just crash or freeze?
- Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies on the browser or using incognito mode?

In the meantime, there are a few other ways you can make a payment so that you’re not stuck waiting on the website:

- Use the Xfinity app, which often provides a more stable experience for payments and account management (you can also set up autopay if you wish to here.)
- Call the automated payment system and pay over the phone 1-800-XFINITY (1-800-934-6489)
- Visit an Xfinity Store if there’s one nearby
- Use your bank’s bill pay service to send a payment directly

Once we know more about the browser and error, we can also help troubleshoot or escalate so you can reliably access the site again and enroll in autopay without the hassle.
