Website cable ourage

I have WiFi but no access to any Xfinity websites, apps or cable.  The chat bit assistance claims there are no outages in my area but even your 800 Xfinity number hangs up immediately or fails before ringing.  Please update your customers about [Edited: "Profanity"] is going on!
