'We received your cancelation request' email

I received an email from xfinity that my cancelation request was being processed, however I did not request to cancel my service and I do not want to cancel the services. How do I correct this?

You received a fake e-mail spoofing Xfinity. An employe here should be able to check your file to make sure everything is okay.
