Waste of time and money!!!!
When I called to set up Internet service. I said I wanted the technician to come and install. And every time the agent tried. She said her computer would crash. I should’ve took that as a sign. I paid $25 for priority shipping to get all the equipment, which was the wrong equipment so I had to run all the way into town to the store get it exchanged, and it still did not work because I needed a whole second preinstalled modem router, which I said from the very beginning I did not have. so I had to wait over two weeks to takeoff time off from work for an appointment that I was told the service technician said that I was not home. so I have done nothing but waste my time and money for service I never or had any service installed nor did I receive any refunds
