Was told someone was coming to help but got no confirmation

I recently moved but the WiFi hasn't been working. I talked to an agent on the phone and they said there was an issue with my cable and they would send someone out this morning, but I never got any kind of confirmation and no one came by. I'm also having trouble getting information about my account, it's only showing 2 old addresses and not my new one, and when I try to talk to the chat bot it tells me that my plan is inactive, which it shouldn't be.
