Want to Have an Outdoor Splitter Installed - Can Xfinity Do This Work?

Can an Xfinity technician install an outdoor splitter so that my cable can enter the house in two locations?

My Xfinity coax cable enters my townhouse on the second floor at one side of a large family room that runs the width of the house. The TV is on that side, but my computer is on the other side of the room. Currently I have used a splitter and run coax cable under the wall-to-wall carpet from one side of the room to the other. I'm getting new carpet and don't want to have the cable continue running under it. I would like to have a splitter installed outdoors and have the second cable enter the house near the computer.

There is no attic over the room. The wire can't be run along the baseboard because it would have to cross in front of a fireplace.
