Want to cancel TV service but keep Internet service

Hello I'm looking to cancel my TV service but I'd like to keep my Xfinity Internet service. I don't want to downgrade or change the service, just want to completely get rid of my TV service since I've decided I don't need it anymore.

I'm having this same problem. I don't see an option to start a direct message or chat. How can I get help with this issue?
