Virtual prepaid card

I am trying to access the prepaid virtual card sent to me but when I use the website to send a link it does not send it to my email.  I registered the card with my name and email but everytime I try to login it can't process my request.

user_a8rn0h Just to clarify, is the email you've used the same as the primary email for your Xfinity account? Does it also show the card was processed through the Incentive Tracker?

Yes I already registered but when I try to login it says it can't process my request. I added it to my Google Wallet and it doesn't work there.  I can't see the numbers to my card because I don't get the link in my email when I request for it to be sent again

Yes it is the same email and it's showing it was sent.  I registered my account and I sti ll can't access the card or use it. The resend link is not working

Thanks for letting us know. Our team can open a ticket to have this addressed and the card possibly reissued. Can you initiate a direct message and start with your full name and address?
