Vinyl siding damage

I had the drop line replaced because it was leaking green oil. It was the latest repair in a 3.5 month long struggle with xfinity over terrible internet and even worse customer service. The technician replaced the lines but adding multiple drill holes into the vinyl. I’m not sure why he couldn’t just use the same drill holes but they never asked my permission to do so. Not only did he create more holes but now I’m left with a giant hole where the line was. I rent here and do not have permission from landlord to do so. Now I’m financially responsible to pay for xfinity’s damages. I want compensation or I will be taking legal action. This is totally unacceptable. You are by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with.

I don’t see a bell. Do you have a number that I can call that doesn’t redirect me to the Philippines? Where I can speak to a supervisor. I’ve had the absolute worst experience with you company. From taking 3.5 months and still having terrible internet service to now have damage to the property I rent.

I’m not sitting on the phone with someone from the Philippines. You can connect with me directly here at my email [Edited: "Personal Information"]

The landlord was not present and your employees damaged the house. I’m not responsible for damages made by your company! Fix it!

@user_aab170 We can definitley help with the damage that was done. Would you please send a direct message with your name and complete service address so we can address this issue?
