Veterans and senior citizen abuse

I am a 68 year old Vietnam veteran dying of prostate cancer. The employees of Xfinity are completely aware of this by myself, my social worker and my vso officer. My social worker is informed me that she receives on average over 80 complaints per month by senior citizens in berrien county Michigan. My veteran service officer has contacted Xfinity over 10 times via telephone and ask them to resolve the issues and every time anyone is contacted Xfinity they lie and say that a supervisor will call them back. When we do receive a phone call we are told that within two or three hours someone will contact us and they never have. I have less than a year to live and the employees of Xfinity are completely aware of this fact. They have taken advantage of me and lied to me over 50 times.
