veteran gift card

I've been trying to use the Visa veteran's virtual gift card for months but the number is completely useless. I've contacted support multiple times to be assured the problem would be resolved and been left with no follow up or resolution. If you're going to offer a perk for vets then honor it. Don't promise something and not deliver.

I'll try but I'm honestly pretty checked out on this issue. I've been promised that the issue was resolved several times by xfinity support who then ghost me. Every follow up attempt I have to explain the issue to a whole new group of people who repeat the same promises and fail to deliver.

Update: As requested by XfinityBrianH I sent a dm. A solution of replacing the virtual card number was proposed but I have yet to see any action or resolution of my complaint. This is the second or third time an agent has proposed replacing the virtual card. None have followed up.

Update: The issue was finally resolved. It seems I attempted to use the card on a website card services didn't like and they locked the card. They could have sent an email to let me know or any of the other 6 customer support agents that attempted to help me, but I'm not complaining now that its fixed.
