Very bad customer service

I don't know why it's so hard to just answer a simple question when I ask it. I basically ask what the timeframe is for when the tech would be at my place and they won't even give me the time frame until I approve the appointment. How can I apporval an appointment when I don't even know when it is at. I had to argue for 15 to 30mins with them to just get the time frame to set up the appointment. It could have been a simple yes, I see we have an opening at 2 -4 pm today. Would that work for you? In which I could have said yes that works and it's a done deal. A simple 5min talk turn to a 1hr argument.

Greetings @chue1125, and thanks for posting to the Xfinity forums today, I hope this message finds you well. I am sorry that the agent was not more transparent, but when we are scheduling an appointment, before we can even see what times we have open, we do have to go over the possibility of charges for a visit, and that is what we need approval on before we can see what days and times are open.
