utility pole
We are building a new home. We have 3 utility poles. 2 are scheduled to be removed but they can't touch one because Xfinity has a line on it. They (Highland communications) don't know if it is live or dead, just that it belongs to Xfinity. They don't have a contact and told us to contact xfinity to have them move the line to the new pole. We physically went to the store and asked to have a service ticket created. That was weeks ago. No email was sent or phone call and the line is still there. Calling is impossible so I'm trying here. Can we please get a tech to move the Xfinity line to the new pole so that we can have the other 2 poles removed?

Thank you for reaching out to us here @TinaG3. I will be happy to look into that request and see if we can get that taken care of from here. Could you send me a direct message with the full name and complete address for that service?
To send a direct message [private message]:
Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

I have exact same problem.Power Company installed New Power Pole ,right beside the Old Pole, Transfered there Powerlines to New Pole, Say they dont touch Cable, been trying to get Xfinity out here to put there cable wire to new pole ,so old pole can be removed, been over a year and several so- called work tickets, still not resolved ,Pole has to be removed. If I was wanting Cable installed, tech would be at my house this week.
