Utility Location

Xfinity sent someone from USCI to locate my utility wires before installing wires for the TV.  This person did something with a box containing wires located on my neighbor's property.  This box was not closed properly, and is now exposing wires to her home.  This needs to be corrected.  I have tried numerous times to speak with your automated system, and your chat bot to no avail.  This is very frustrating, AI can understand unusual situations.  PLEASE, this needs to be addressed.
