Utility Easement Release Letter
My wife and I are building a pool. We have to locate some of the equipment on a utility easement on our property. The city needs letters from all utility companies in the area releasing the easement in order to approve our permit. Xfinity is one of the companies listed. I need to get a letter releasing the easement from Xfinity. Please help me with this asap.
