Hi there, @user_bsmfez. Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum. Depending on the local infrastructure, it may be possible if it is ours. Do you see an indication on it that shows it to be owned by XFINITY/Comcast?
user_bsmfez If it is ours, as @XfinityFrank said, it may be possible. To see if it is an option, we would have to set up a relocation order. With these requests, there is a $100.00 fee that would apply regardless of if the work can be completed. If that is something you would like to see if it is possible, let us know.

@XfinityFrank Xfinity tech was there yesterday doing some troubleshooting so i went to talk with him and he says that its xfinity box with xfinity equipment. its like a 5ft high box and it probably been there for 30 yrs. I just moved in about a yr ago. I hoping with the latest technology it can be moved/rerouted or decommission.
user_bsmfez@XfinityFrank is not available to respond, but any one of us is more than capable of assisting you. Did you not see our last reply regarding the relocation fee of $100 to see if the request can be done?
